Customer-selection changes

After an order has been handed to the courier, returns or cancellations are not accepted for change of mind, wrong colour choice or wrong size choice.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with the order details, unboxing video, parcel label and clear photos. Eligible cases are reviewed before any replacement or exchange is confirmed.

Product characteristics

Minor stitching differences, loose threads, small measurement variations and colour differences caused by lighting or screen settings are normal material or production characteristics unless the item is materially unusable.
